Hi I'm Connor B.

I grew up between L.A., Tokyo, Phoenix, and London. I'm a Cancer Survivor, a returned missionary, a sports fan, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to do anything that'll get me outdoors and active! Throughout High School I played just about every sport, and loved it! I recently returned home to England from Perth, Australia where I spent my time as a missionary. I like going to movies, watching TV, reading, fitness, and hanging out with my friends. Typical, right? I'm just starting to try trail running, and I'm liking it a lot. I'm also going through a bit of cancer treatment for Thyroid Cancer right now, but I should be right as rain soon! I'm now Thyroid-free haha Now I just gotta get rid of my scar...Yes, Cancer is scary. But yeah, you can get through it if you know what to hold on to: Faith and Family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that what this church, Christ's church, teaches is true. Why does that matter? It means that each and every one of us has a greater purpose, can find great happiness in day to day living and in the long term, and has a lot of potential to do great (and hard) things. I know that Jesus Christ came to the Earth to fix our mistakes by sacrificing His life to forgive us for our sins. I know that His suffering was for each of us, and I've personally witnessed that it can also grant us strength where we lack it. I know that as we turn to Him for guidance, we can be lifted up and be given the ability to overcome any challenge. I love Him, and I'm grateful that God sent Him to the Earth! I love being a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by sharing the truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others, and helping them to find the comfort that I have found in it. Life is often hard, but by focusing on Christ and His teachings, we can find peace, joy, and happiness in even the worst of circumstances. I love to see people go from sad and low to happy and healthy, and the Gospel is what transforms everyone!
