Hi I'm Grace

My interests are well rounded. I have been a member my whole life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm about to start college! BYU here I come! I love a lot of things--art, music, science, literature, etc.--but I have a soft spot for movies. People tend to think that means I'm just bored all the time, but it's quite the opposite. Movies are like story-telling re-mastered. I'm never NOT entertained! I hope to work behind the scenes one day, as an animator or music editor, maybe. I also enjoy drawing, and singing, and I like to think that I'm at least decant at both. I enjoy learning, both formally and on my own time. That's right, and I'm proud of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member for my entire life, so I guess the question is, how did I gain my own testimony? well, I honestly couldn't pinpoint it for you. I haven't doubted. There are times, though, when we all need o be reminded of things we didn't know we'd began to ignore. A couple of years ago, I was in a class at EFY in BYU, Provo, of all young women. The instructor told us to take out paper and pencil, pray for two minutes--one for you, one for someone else in the room--and then write an inspired letter to someone in the room. we crumpled and tossed them. after reading the one I randomly (?) caught, I've never even begun to doubt.

How I live my faith

I conduct the music in our meetings. I enjoy doing it, too. Our ward is small, so every young woman or man has to play a part in whatever we do. I've taught class a couple times.
