Hi I'm Nick

I grew up in Kentucky, I'm a guitar player, a respector of the arts, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

My parents raised me in a "Calvinistic" Baptist church. My father was an inactive member that never even mentioned the church until my parents split up. Then the missionaries came over and a few years later and many Elders later my brother, sister and I were all baptized. As of right now I am waiting to turn my mission papers in to be a missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because when I was a child I knew there had to be a difference in people when they accepted Christ. That difference can be found in the Mormon Church. That is where Christ wants all of us, that is where the Holy Spirit resides, and where eternal salvation can be attained.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as Bishops assistant in the Charlestown In. Ward. I serve on the New Albany stake youth council as a co-chair, where we decide on activities for the youth to do. I am currently taking classes to advance in the priesthood.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Nick
Families are an eternal thing, when you think about the bond between parents and their children, husbands and wives. Those relationships can't just fade into nothing! They are to strong of bonds to be broken just because of death. Families are eternal because the love for family is eternal. We believe that husbands and wives and their children will be sealed to each other for time and all eternity. So yes we believe families will live together forever. Show more Show less
