Hi I'm Isaiah

I've grown up all over the United States. I play rugby for my high school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Isaiah Ort. I am 18 years old and in that time I have lived in seven different states. I am currently a senior in high school and the captain of my schools rugby team. I play guitar, sing, and do almost anything outdoors. Along with that I am also preparing to serve a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the West Indies speaking Dutch.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe this church to be true. Before I was born my parents were baptized by missionaries who sacrificed two years of their lives to serve missions. Because of this my life has been blessed in numerous ways. I see the difference the gospel can make and I've seen people that don't have the truth in there lives. I am a Mormon because this church gives me purpose and lets me know of the truth and of Heavenly Fathers love for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church every Sunday, but to me being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is more than going to church once a week. It is a life style that i am constantly striving to live. I try to be an example to every one that i come in contact with. I try to exhibit the light of Christ and live in a way that i can feel close to my Heavenly Father always.
