Hi I'm Savannah

I love traveling, adventuring, and my framily. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a 19 year old who is serving a full time mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day saints in the Eugene, Oregon Mission. I love to travel and explore, photography, guitar, and spending time with my family. I love to meet new people, and try new things! Being with friends and family, whether we're out camping or whether we're watching a movie is my favorite thing. I'm always ready for the next adventure ahead of me.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know that it's true. I grew up in the church, so I always knew the teachings, but there was a time in my life where I knew that I needed to decide for myself. I know that this gospel is true, because I prayed and my father in Heaven answered me. I'm always striving to be better, but knowing that I am a daughter of god and knowing the love that God has for me has changed my life and will continue to change it. I can't imagine my life without it because I know it's what brings me the most happiness, and above all it brings me closer to my savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

As of now, I'm living my Faith by being a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. I am sacrificing 18 months of my life so that I can share this amazing Gospel for those who need it. I can visibly see how the gospel has blessed my life enormously and I want to be able to share it with those who benefit as well. This gospel changes lives, and I have the opportunity to be an instrument in the Lord's hand by helping others receive the restored gospel. Everyday decisions matter and "moments are the molecules that make up eternity". I am constantly reminding myself that I live my faith by my everyday decisions, when I read my scriptures, say my prayers and how I treat other people. someone once told me that everyday we are either coming closer to or away from Jesus Christ. I can live my faith by constantly choosing to make those decisions that will bring me closer to Jesus Christ.
