Hi I'm Julie

II'm a mom, I'm a grandma, I'm a survivor, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom and grandma. I am raising my grandson since losing my daughter to suicide. I love being a mom and grandma! My husband and I started our own trucking company when we were newly married, so we have a group of great employees that are part of our family too. I love serving in the church. I had a great mom who was always serving others and was such a wonderful example to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was fortunate to be born into the church, although my parent's weren't active. I always attended my meetings growing up. I always knew that I wanted to be married in the temple and knew that it was a special place. My parent's were sealed just a week before my husband and I were sealed in the temple. It was an amazing day to be sealed with my 7 siblings. I love that families can be eternal! It has brought me such peace since losing my daughter last year.

How I live my faith

I have always served in the church. I love the youth of the Church and have served for many years with them and have spent quite a lot of time serving the sisters in my ward. I love being able to help at school in my children and grandchildren's classes. I currently play the piano for the children on Sundays. It's one of the greatest callings in the church!
