Hi I'm Kimberly Carr

I like to play sports. I love to eat ice cream. Smiling's my favorite. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being active and outside with friends and family. I love to play volleyball, softball, basketball, and anything else! I enjoy doodling and crafting with my family, I love decorating the house for holidays! Smiling and laughing are my favorite. I am a student at BYU-Idaho and studying to be a Physical Therapist. I will soon be serving in the Chile Santiago North Mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church my whole life. I have always had a testimony of this gospel and as I grew older it began to grow. When I went off to college the thought of serving a mission came to my mind. I began to feel very overwhelmed and scared. As I continued to pray and read my scriptures all I felt was at peace. I could feel the love from my Heavenly Father and his son, Jesus Christ. After months of praying and pondering I decided I was going to serve a mission. Since that time, my testimony has grown leaps and bounds. I know without a doubt that this church is true. We have the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith translated it through the power of God. I know we have a living Prophet on the earth today, Thomas S Monson, and he leads and guides us. I know Jesus Christ atoned for the sins of the world. I know when I make mistakes I can repent and be forgiven of my sins. I love this gospel and I'm grateful for the opportunity I have to share it with others.

How I live my faith

I am a Primary teacher and I enjoy being around the children. I love hearing them sing and the spirit that they bring is amazing. I'm enrolled in Institute and it's fun being around people my age who share my same beliefs. It's fulfilling serving people and brightening their day. Service brings happiness into my life, and I hope to share that happiness with people I come in contact with.
