Hi I'm Amberle'

I grew up in Utah and later moved to New Mexico. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a musician, artist, graphic designer, author, and confectioner. I play several musical instruments including the clarinet, bass clarinet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone, bari saxophone, soprano saxophone, euphonium, hulusi, and percussion. I enjoy doing art and graphic design for fun. I have written two books and am now working another plus a series of short stories. I make candy to pass the time and sometimes cater for church events. I enjoy Korean pop music and am very interested in the Korean culture and language.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a testimony of the Lord and his church. I strongly believe that God exists, and that this church is the only true faith on this earth. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that it is a testament from God. I have had so many experiences and miracles in my life where it would be impossible for there to not be a God involved. These experiences combined with regular prayer, scripture reading, and church attendance have greatly strengthened my testimony of the gospel.

How I live my faith

As of right now I am a youth leader for the teenage girls ages 14-15 in my ward. I used to be a leader over the 12-13 year olds until this year. My mother is the president of the Primary (children ages 3-11) and I often help her to organize events and plan lessons for the kids. I sometimes help the young men ages 12-18 with activities and/or events. I regularly attend youth meetings/discussions/activities to help me to be closer to the youth of this church and strengthen my testimony.
