Hi I'm Taylor

Arizona born & raised, lover of books, music, and the outdoors, full-time missionary in Denmark Copenhagen. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I absolutely love to read and love to learn. About history, the world, and about other people. I was attending a four-year university to expand on my knowledge. I wish to teach high school history one day. Currently, I am serving a mission for the LDS church in Denmark Copenhagen, Danish speaking. I thrive in the outdoors, hiking, walking around, camping, boating, all of it. I appreciate the warmth of the sun and the green of the trees and just revel in being outdoors with my family and loved ones around me.

Why I am a Mormon

This gospel brings me such peace and comfort. There was a time in my life where I didn't know whether this was the church for me or even if it was the true church. After constant praying and studying I came to that knowledge for myself. The Spirit teaches and touches lives and allows me to live a life that brings the Lord happiness. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and truly another Testament of Jesus Christ. It has so many vital principles that allow me to better my life and bring me a sense of direction to my life. I am so grateful for Christ's great atoning sacrifice and through Him I am never alone. I keep progressing and can be forgiven for my sins. Because of Christ death hath no sting and I know I can return to live with Him one day. I am so thankful for the lessons I have been taught in this church and the comfort it brings to me in a world full of turmoil and chaos. The standards of the church are there to help and guide and I know because of them I am a much better person today then if I weren't following them. They are given to us out of love and I can feel my Savior's love for me everyday as I let him into my life and I am so grateful for that knowledge and the comfort this church brings me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to follow in Jesus Christ's footsteps. He is the ultimate example of how to love and have compassion on all those I come in contact with. This gospel is so important to me. It pushes me to be better and to always try to progress towards a happier me. My faith has had a huge impact in my life in shaping me into who i am today that I decided to serve a mission to share my love for this church with others; to invite them to come unto Christ. I am currently serving in the Denmark Copenhagen Mission for 18 months and I am so excited to expound on my faith over there and teach the Danish people in the danish language.
