Hi I'm Victoria

I'm an Alaskan who loves to bake. Kids are my bread and butter. I'm a college student and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a 21 year old college student, trying to figure out what I'm going to "major" in. While I figure things out I am serving an 18 month mission for the church in New York Utica. My family is everything to me, and as the second of 8 I have had my fair share of crazy, but I wouldn't give them up for anything. I love to read the classics and try to figure out how I can apply the readings to my daily life, one day there will be a Mr. Darcy ;) I love to bake desserts of all kinds and give them away to anyone I notice needs a smile. I love taking care of children, playing and imagining is often forgotten as we grow up.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon has always been a part of my life. I grew up in a strong LDS family, with parents who taught me the truth. Throughout my life I have had trials that made my faith waver, but I always found my way back through prayer. Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have always been there for me when I need strength. Being a Mormon is who I am and I wouldn't have it any other way.

How I live my faith

I find it hard to put into words "how I live my faith" because for me it isn't something I think about often. I love my Church, I love my Prophet, and I love my Heavenly Father. I have been told there is a glow, or a happiness, that seems to light up the room when I enter, and I have always just brushed it off. However, I guess that is the best way to describe it. I have found my happiness and it shows to others in all I do and say. I try and give some kind of service every day, as well as inviting others to know and understand me. Some may say...I'm an open book.
