Hi I'm Andreas

I am from Västerhaninge, Stockholm. I compete for the Swedish national team in Judo and I am a Mormon.

About Me

My life begin i the north part of Stockholm. Early in my life i participated in many different sports. When i and my family move to the South part of Stockholm I could not stick to one sport. I wanted to try everything! Soccer, Icehockey, Floorball and Judo. I life was school, food, train and study. As time went on I realized that I could not give my all to eash different sport. So I decided that would continue with Judo which have led me to where I'm today. Today I'm study my last period in Judo school north of Örebro. I moved away from home at the age of 15. Which was no big deal to me, I have been well prepared by my mother and father. In judo school judo, judo has been my life. We train 9-10 times at week including competitions at weekends. With just a mouth left until I graduate I still love judo. I have never got tired or loss interest for there is always new techniques to learn and details to improve.

Why I am a Mormon

I have sometimes wonder why I'm a Mormon? Why ain't I like all the people in my school? Why haven't I chosen change my life? I guess that is because that I love my life as it is. I love all the Lord commandments. It give me joy and happiness in my life. I have never seen God or an angel appear to me. But I know that my heavenly father loves me and have I plan for me here on earth. I know he hear my prayers and guides me through life. He knows our thought and sees our hearts desires. Where every there is a challenge there is a collusion, with Christ that strengthen us (Philippians 4:13). Of these things I believe and know are true.

How I live my faith

I'm born and raised in the church. I can truly say as Nephi that I have been born of goodly parents. My father and my mother is big example for me in standing strong in the gospel. When I moved from home by the age o 15 I decided that I wanted to go on a mission. Because of all the trainings and travelling during the week and in the weekends, I had hard time to participate in church meetings and activities. By being living far from the church, I arrange that I could participate in the seminary by Skype with the nearest ward. Which became like a spiritual boost, and help me to have the spirit with me along the day. Daily pray and scriptures studies have truly been a blessing in my life. I love the scriptures and I know my heavenly Father hears my prayer and watch after me.
