Hi I'm Joseph

I’m an oldest brother and a disciplined student. I'm skilled with and love computers and running. Most of all, I’m a Mormon.

About Me

Hi, I’m Joseph. I am the oldest of a family of eight and a cross country runner from Virginia. I am skilled with technology and different types of computers, and I love my family. With my younger siblings, I develop a lemonade stand and houseplant business that promote the values of good character, work, and service. Always trying to do the right thing and following the example of Jesus are important to me. Reaching out with charity to each person I meet and sharing my testimony of Jesus Christ come hand in hand. In order to do this, along with all other life goals, I rely on the inspiration and guidance from the Holy Spirit. For fun, I enjoy chess, ping pong, juggling, piano, and singing.

Why I am a Mormon

Throughout my life, I have had many people influence me and my actions in the Church; but with this people only I would be weak. I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I have felt his love for me and gained a sure knowledge by the Holy Spirit that Joseph Smith was a prophet, and that each prophet past a present has received revelation from God. I know this Church is true.

How I live my faith

My testimony of the gospel brings me great joy, so I try to share it with other children of God whenever I can. I have invited friends to Church and activities, and shared my testimony with them. In my unit, I try to develop other young men and help them come unto Christ. Each morning, I study the scriptures and pray, both personally and with my family. We attend church each week. With my Dad, I visit other members and share messages with them.
