Hi I'm Clint Mathew Sorensen

Hi! I'm Clint! I've grown up in Southern Utah. I've been LDS my whole life! I work on my dad's ranch.

About Me

I really enjoy sports. I'm really athletic and have played baseball, basketball, and have run track for my high school. If I'm not playing sports, you can find me watching them! I work for my dad on a ranch that is about 5,00 acres. It's a really pretty place to work. I've grown up helping at the ranch and I can't think of any better place to grow up! I'm a senior in high school right now and I'm about to graduate. I've been involved in FFA throughout High school. I judged Range and won state which helped my Range go to nationals in Oklahoma City, OK. I plan to go into a sport oriented major in college.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family. My parents taught me the gospel growing up, and I fed off their belief in the church until I was old enough to truly understand it for myself. Once I came of age to make decisions of myself and gain my own testimony, I decided to maintain my membership in the church. I've studied the scriptures and have come to know of myself that this gospel is true. I know that this gospel was restored by the modern day prophet, Joseph Smith. I know he was commanded to translate the Book of Mormon. I've read the Book of Mormon and know it is true. I know that Jesus Christ died for our sins so we could repent and live with him again. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is the true and living prophet of the church today. If we listen and apply what he tells us in our lives, we can return to live with our Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I'm still a youth in the church. Right now I'm a secretary of the young men's group. I write down the activities we plan in our meetings and remind the President and 1st counselor of important dates and activities. I help decide activities we will do as young men's group. On Sunday's, I have the opportunity to help prepare our sacrament. And sometimes I get the sacred privilege to bless the sacrament in sacrament meeting.
