Hi I'm Carolyn

The Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought peace and joy into to my life. And so I want to share it with all those I meet.

About Me

First and foremost I'm a wife. I'm also a mother and Grandmother; with five children and fifteen grandchildren. I graduated from college and had a great career raising my children and working for the Treasury department. I love to climb mountains, quilt , read and study the gospel with the latest technology. My latest adventure is serving a mission with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

As a child my mother sent me to church. I enjoyed learning the gospel and visiting with my friends. When I became a teenager I wasn't so sure that I belied what I had been taught. I tried living as the world does only to find out for myself that wickedness never was happiness. So as a young adult I decided to try living as the Lord wanted me too. I have found great joy and peace in living the gospel. Living the commandments actually keeps me safe just as our parents rules, not to play in the road or touch a hot stove, kept us save as children. Heavenly Father loves all his children and wants to spare us from as much suffering as he can. The spirit has born personally to me that Jesus is our elder brother who died on the cross for each of our sins; and that through his atonement we can all be forgiven and return to live in Heaven one day.

How I live my faith

I graduated from college with a teaching degree and have spent most of the last thirty years teaching the children of our church. (I love little children) I also visit teach at least three sisters in my church each month. Assessing their physical and spiritual needs. I help with their needs and give service whenever I can. As members of our church we are a close knit family caring, loving and helping each other through the good and bad times.
