Hi I'm Craig

I grew up in the Greater Toronto area. Served as a full-time missionary in Belgium and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a happily married father of four. I work for the Heart and Stroke Foundation as Director of School Fundraising programs. I love sports, especially hockey, fun family vacations or road trips, and movies nights in with my lovely wife. Each and every day I try to treat others with love and respect. Much like the song my kids sing, "I am trying to be like Jesus".

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that we are spirit sons and daughters of a loving Heavenly Father (God). As such, we have inherited divine characteristics from Him and have the opportunity to once again return to live with him. This also means that family relationships continue after this life and on through the eternities. This knowledge drives my actions form day to day and helps me keep things in perspective. How comforting it is to know that the God of the Universe has ask us to address Him as Father...so loving, so personal! As our Father, He knows and loves each and every one of us. As a father myself, I love my kids and want the best for them in this life. This now helps me understand a little of how our Heavenly Father must feel about us, His children, and His desire to have us return back to Him.

How I live my faith

As a member of the bishopric (presiding leadership) within our ward, I am over the youth so get a chance to work with great young men and young women as they work through the formidable years of 12 - 18. There example to me is awesome...they face the challenges of life with certainty and conviction and I try to do likewise.
