Hi I'm Paul

I'm leaving for my Mission on Wednesday, April 30th! California Irvine mission, here I come!

About Me

I was born in Cote d'Ivoire in 1994, and my family immigrated to the US in 1999 due to harsh wartime conditions. We lived in Worcester for 7 years before moving to a small town called Warren, where we were introduced to the LDS church. My mother had always been very religious and she felt that religion was an important part of life, so her ideologies spread throughout the family. When the missionaries came to our door we were willing to hear their message, and in a couple months, my entire family was baptized. I graduated in 2012 and since then I've been trying to get out on my mission! I'm finally leaving this Wednesday, after a long wait of almost two years. I'll miss a lot of things but I'm looking forward to the experiences I'll have.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know in my heart that our father in heaven watches over us, and I'm certain that this plane of existence is not the only one known to us. I'm a Mormon because I refuse to let myself be shaped by the world, instead I shape myself by loving god and being true to my spirit.

How I live my faith

By becoming a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints!
