Hi I'm Ian Ludeman

I grew up in Colorado. I love snowboarding and being in the mountains. In 2013 my family moved to San Ramon, CA I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Wisconsin and lived there til I was 4. Then my family moved to Colorado where we lived for 15 years. I started snowboarding when I was 5 and loved it! I spent many summers camping, hiking and backpacking in the Rocky Mountains. When I was 17 my family moved to San Ramon, CA. We spend time exploring San Francisco and hanging out at the beach.

Why I am a Mormon

Many teenagers believe that because I am a member of the LDS church that I have too many rules to follow and that those rules are too restrictive. I believe that these rules are the key to freedom! Freedom from the consequences that come from drinking alcohol. Freedom from the consequences of premarital sex. Freedom from the harmful effects of doing drugs. Freedom to choose good over evil.

How I live my faith

My parents are converts to the church so I am the first member of my family to go on a mission. Recently I was called to serve a 2 year mission in Santiago Chile. I am looking forward to teaching others about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and seeing how it can change people's lives. If it wasn't for the missionary program of the church, I would not be a member of the Lord's church.
