Hi I'm Elder Rust

I have four older brothers, I'm the only one in my family with orange hair, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Oregon. I love my country and plan to serve in the United States Air Force. My favorite thing to do is ski on Mt. Hood and, if I could, I would ski everyday. I love to play soccer and basketball, and hanging out with my friends. My favorite movie is Star Wars, and I make sure everyone knows that.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints my entire life. I grew up with friends who did not belong to my church and in an area where not many people belonged to the LDS Church. This has helped my testimony grow and strengthen. I love this gospel and I know it is true. Never have I questioned my testimony or the truthfulness of this gospel. I love it so much.

How I live my faith

Growing up I have always been a leader. I have always loved leading and teaching the youth at church to help them grow, physically and spiritually. I am honored to now be a full time missionary for the LDS Church in the Uruguay Montevideo mission. I am excited to bring others to the light of Christ.

Are Mormons Christians?

Elder Rust
