Hi I'm Carlie

I am a college graduate. I am a daughter, sister, wife, and mother. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a BYU-Idaho Graduate with a license in Social Work. Currently I am a wife, mother, and part-time guest service worker while my husband completes his graduate degree. I grew up in Idaho. I was raised LDS and have not always been so comfortable sharing the Gospel but, l I love my life- I love my family- and I love my savior. I want everyone to have the wonderful blessings and joy in their lives as I do in mine. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is TRUE!

Why I am a Mormon

Technically, I am mormon because my parents were mormon and when I was 8 the decision to get baptized was not hard as I grew up attending church each sunday. I CHOOSE to be Mormon because as I grew up and lived the Gospel each day I felt Gods love. As I was following the commandments and following the Prophet of God, I was a better, happier, and more successful person. I CHOOSE to be a Mormon because the church is true and I get to be with my love and babies FOREVER! "til death do us part" does NOT exist.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each day. With new challenges come new ways of looking at life and situations. I try with each person I meet to be kind, courteous, and loving. I am still HUMAN and have made and will probably make many more mistakes in this life. But, I will continue to try to be like my savior as I not only interact with my husband an kids but with strangers in long lines as well.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

My faith in Jesus Christ influences my marriage each day. Having an Eternal perspective and knowing that I get to return to my Father in Heaven with my family because Jesus died for us makes each challenge SO much easier. That faith makes it so much easier to focus on the most important things and to not "sweat the small stuff". Show more Show less
