Hi I'm Jarren

I was born in Arizona and have lived here all my life. I have an amazing family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am Senior in high school getting ready to graduate. I have played volleyball, basketball and track in high school. I like working out and just generally staying fit. I have been accepted to both ASU and BYU and will decide where I go when I get back from my mission. I also love being in the outdoors and going camping with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon and have been raised in the church all my life. At first, my testimony was based on my parents testimony of the church, but as I have grown older I have come to rely less and less on their testimony. I have come to know, through many hours of study and prayer, that the Mormon Church, or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, is without a doubt true. I know that Joseph Smith really did see Jesus Christ and God as a young boy. I know that through the guidance of our Savior and the Holy Ghost that he did restore the true church back on the Earth that was started by Christ. I know that the book that he translated through revelation, The Book of Mormon, is 100% true and that it really is another testament of Jesus Christ along with the Bible. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true and living prophet here on the Earth today and that our Heavenly Father leads and guides our church through this amazing man. My testimony is firmly rooted on my Savior and even if all of my family were to fall away from the Church I know I would not because I cannot deny my testimony of its truthfulness. This church, Christ's church, will bring you true and everlasting happiness and joy, and that is why I have made the decision to serve a mission for two years, so that I can help others too feel of the eternal joy that comes from living this gospel.

How I live my faith

Right now I visit two families in my ward once a month and share with them a Christ centered message. Soon though, I will be leaving to Puerto Rico to serve a mission and dedicate two years of my life to the Lord.
