Hi I'm Thomas chapman

I grew up in Salt Lake City Utah, I'm currently serving an LDS mission in Tennessee, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love playing basketball and hanging out with those that are close to me,i love listening to rock, techno, and the piano guys,I have worked as a steward at the Joseph smith memorial building.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised as a Mormon but I wasn't really converted to this church until i was 14.when I was going through a trial in my life that made me sink in the depths of sorrow and I was taught by my parents that the scriptures can help so i started reading the Book of Mormon and I came across the 7th chapter of alma verses 11-13 which Is an ancient prophets testimony of what our savior went through for us. When I read those verses I realized he knows what each and every one of us feel wether it be sorrow from physical, emotional, or spiritual pain and that he did all that he did so that all might have true joy. And that is why I'm a Mormon because I know that the Book of Mormon and the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

As a member I have been able to learn and teach about the gospel of Jesus Christ and the joy that I get from the opportunities that I get to serve others has brought me great joy. I have had the opportunity to teach 5-6 year olds and I'm now serving an LDS mission where I have been able to serve others an share the joy of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
