Hi I'm Leighton Carroll

I am a Mormon from Mesa Arizona. I love my wife, I love serving, I love life!

About Me

I am pretty much your "average joe". I am currently attending college getting my Associates in Occupational Health and Safety Technologies, which a just a long way to say that I am learning how to help other be safe as they work. I enjoy a healthy life so I try to eat right and stay active. I feel that my hobbies are reading and learning... those two kinda go hand in hand. If I am not learning at school then I am doing so on the job or reading at home. I also love performing! I love to sing and dance and tell stories, not necessarily at the same time. I performed in musicals in high school and I was also blessed with the opportunity to be in a show choir know as LIGHT. I am married and I love it! I love my wife so much.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, which is to say a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, because my beliefs and constantly living my beliefs have carried my in times when I thought there was no hope, have enlightened me to a better and happier way of living, and have helped me serve others. I am a Mormon because though life is unfair and hard it makes sense as a Mormon. I am a Mormon because I have felt the Spirit of God testified to me of the truthfulness of every principle that I have learned thus far.

How I live my faith

First off, why do I live my faith? I live my faith because I know that my Savior lives, I know where to find His Gospel and i have seen living my faith bless my life again and again. The reason that I love life so much is because it has been so enriched by the Light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. How do I live my faith? I have the opportunity to serve in my ward helping to teach a precious children how to live the Gospel and what blessings they can hope to receive. I also live it in my home every time that I choose peace or fighting, love over anger, forgiveness over sarcasm.
