Hi I'm Steven

I'm from Alaska. I'm a lifeguard and a computer geek. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a recent high school graduate. I'm from Alaska. I've been a lifeguard at a summer camp for three years. I love to learn and I love to be outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that faithfully attended church while I was growing up. Their faith served as a springboard for me. Going through high school my freshman and sophomore years, I had a very small group of friends. However, at the beginning of my senior year I was attending Seminary, a gospel class offered for youth in the church, and met a group of people that I truly connected with. We studied together and helped each other to grow in the gospel. That example of Christ's love for each and every one of us is part of my personal drive to show that love to every other person I meet, regardless of race, religion, politics or any of the other things working to pull humanity apart.

How I live my faith

I live my faith everyday by showing kindness to others whenever I can find an opportunity. I'v had the opportunity to help lead youth events through out my years in high school. Being actively involved with the other youth and the youth activities gave them and me wonderful opportunities to help others and to spread joy to people who were having hard times.
