Hi I'm Joel

My 6-word story: Kid at heart; goofball everywhere else. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love to sing, and would one day like to experiment with acting. I've worked on the Tech Crew for many live Theatre Performances, and have become knowledgeable in Sound and Radio Frequency Operation. I love to read, and am greatly interested in technology. Although my time is mainly given to school and work, I use to spend a lot of time on the computer, either playing games or tinkering with different languages of code.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and was baptized and personally ordained a member at the age of 8. I continue working to live its teachings and have a Testimony of all that it holds. I know that Joseph Smith saw God and his Son, Jesus Christ, and through revelation, restored the Gospel and Book of Mormon. He was and remains to this day to be a true Prophet of God, and that President Thomas S. Monson serves as our Prophet today.

How I live my faith

I participate regularly in Church Meetings, including weekly Congregational gatherings and Youth Nights. I strive to show others the standards of my faith through my example. I have many nonreligious friends, and will simply invite them to our church meetings.
