Hi I'm Nicoletta

I'm adopted into an amazing family! I'm a trained chef! I love art, music, and psychology! And I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love psychology, art, music, service, crafting, and life! I grew up all over the United States, and have a love and dream to travel around the United States and World some day. Right out of High School I went to Chef School and studied Culinary Arts. After I finished Chef School I went on to other colleges, and played around with 13 different majors, until I found my true love, Psychology. I just recently graduated from college with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. I work as a chef, and my dream is to go on to get my Ph.D. in Psychology so that I can work with Women and Children who have been abused. I love hanging out with my family, and finding new ways to be creative.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with a family that was very abusive. They went through religions and homes rather quickly. My life was always in upheaval. Every few months I would change my religion, name, and home. Continually, I was being taught to believe different things about the world and God. For the longest time I hated life and couldn't believe that there could be any God who loved me. This doubt was cemented even more by having to give a baby girl up for adoption when I was 15 years old. When I was 19 years old I was living in Chicago, attending chef school, and made some extreme decisions to be able to live away from my biological family as I went to school. At that point I was blessed to meet a few LDS Missionaries. Through working with these Missionaries, and meeting my new, adopted family I was able to start seeing the LDS Church for what it really was, the greatest blessing in my life. Through the gospel of Jesus Christ I have come to learn that we all have a loving Heavenly Father, who knows us and is always there for us! I know that our Father in Heaven sent His Beloved Son Jesus Christ to Earth to Atone for our sins. I learned that because of Christ's Atonement, no matter how alone I felt being abused, and going through all of the trails that I had to deal with, I was never alone! The gospel helped me find hope in a world that felt hopeless. I learned that even though I had done, and been through some horrid things, I never descended below where the loving arms of the Savior could reach. I have been a part of many other religions, and all of them left me feeling like something was missing in my life. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints gave me a feeling of being whole and complete. I feel the love of God every time open the Bible, Book of Mormon, and other Church works. Being a Mormon saved my life, and without it I wouldn't be alive today.

How I live my faith

I love the Gospel and the blessing that it is in my life and the lives of those around me. I have held numerous callings in the Church and at this point I have the honor of working with helping people with their LDS Temple attendance. I love being able to show, and help people see how important the Temple is and the importance of the blessings that one receives from attending the Temple. Seeing how peoples lives can be blessed through Temple attendances, and living the gospel brings more joy to me then anything else on earth.
