Hi I'm Lincoln

I am currently serving as a full time missionary in the Singapore and Malaysia mission, Mandarin speaking.

About Me

I was born and raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. My family consists of loving parents, my twin sister Rachel, and my younger sister Samantha. I have always had a love for sports, particularly basketball. After I finish serving my mission, I will attend Brigham Young University to study business and Spanish. Before my mission, I spent 6 years studying Spanish. I plan to use both Chinese and Spanish later on in my career. I appreciate the opportunity I have to serve as a missionary and represent Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family that regularly attended church. However, this isn't the only reason I am Mormon. I continually strive to apply the principles I learn from the Gospel to my life. Becoming fully converted to this Gospel doesn't end with baptism. Instead, conversion is a life long process. I choose to follow and emulate these principles because I have seen the changes the Gospel brings to my life, and they are things that I always want to live.

How I live my faith

Serving as a missionary has certainly helped me live my faith in ways I never have before. Each day as I try to focus on doing what my Heavenly Father would have me do, I discover more of his purpose for me. Learning Chinese and how to be the missionary he wants me to be hasn't been easy. However, I know that as I strive to do what he has asked me to do, He will provide a way to do what he asks. I pursue living my faith daily by remembering that He loves me, and that all things are possible through Him.
