Hi I'm Sister Grass

I grew up in Utah, I'll be serving my mission in the New York South mission starting in July, and im a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Jenna, and I'll be serving in the New York, New York south mission starting this summer. Right now I'm working two jobs to save up for my mission. One of my jobs I work at a local gas station that has a food area. I am the one that is cooking all the burgers. But then I also wake up at 4:30am to cook breakfast 3 times a week. It sound much more complicated then it actually is. Then for my other job I work in a clothes store. It has been so convenient finding mission clothes at my work. On my spare time, (when I have spare time) I like to sew, go to yoga, be with my friends, read my scriptures, watch movies, or just sleep.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love how it makes me feel. Whenever I attend church or if I go to the temple, I get a feeling of peace that I can't find anywhere else. I know that because of the temples, I am sealed with my family for eternity. I love this gospel, and I know that President Monson is a true prophet called by The Lord. I also know that missionary work is such a vital part of God's plan. I look forward to teaching the people in New York, and I know that's exactly the place that I need to be.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday. I teach the 8 year old primary class, and I love it! I think they teach me just as much as I teach them. I also wear my CTR ring wherever I go. It helps me live my faith because it's a constant reminder for my to choose the right. Even though it is so small and simple, it's very important to me.
