Hi I'm Fritz Austin C. Herrenauw

I'm a Filipino. I love to eat, I love basketball, and I love to play the guitar. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest of 3. I have a brother and a sister. My favorite sport is basketball. I also like to play other sports such as football, soccer & ultimate frisbee. As for board games, I love to play chess. The guitar is my favorite instrument and I love to play it during my free time. As of now, I'm not going to college or working. I'm just waiting to leave for my LDS/mormon mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a mormon because I grew up with the church's standards. I was taught at a very young age about the gospel. I was taught how to pray and how to recognize good from evil. I was taught to always try my best to choose good from evil. I learned how to make choices and to face the consequences of my choices and actions. Growing up in the church has taught me how to be a better person. It made me realize that I have my own weaknesses and that through Jesus Christ's Atonement and Sacrifice, it is possible that my weaknesses can be made my strengths and that my sins and shortcomings can be forgiven by my Savior. I know that this gospel is true. Jesus Christ died for our sins. He died so that we might live again with Him and our Father in Heaven someday. We are sent here on this earth to labor and prepare ourselves to be worthy to live with Him again in His kingdom. If we do our best to follow Christ's example and keep His commandments, we will receive all the blessings He has prepared for us, even eternal life with Him in His kingdom. I know these things to be true and I share these in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by reading the scriptures and applying the lessons I learn from it. I live my faith by praying always and going to church every Sunday. I live my faith by serving those in need of help. I live my faith by going on my LDS/mormon mission for two years, just so that I could share what I know to be true to others, and I live my faith by showing love unto other people.

Mormons believe Jesus Christ is their Savior. Why do we need a Savior?

Fritz Austin C. Herrenauw
We make mistakes all the time in this imperfect world. We're not perfect. That is human nature. We need a Savior to Atone for our sins and to act as a mediator. We need Him to pay for something that we can't pay ourselves, and that is our sins. Without a Savior, we perish in our sins. When we die, we die in our sins. And when we die in our sins, we are sent into that awful hell that no one wants to go to. So we need a Savior. And we have a Savior, even Jesus Christ. Through His Atonement, repentance is possible. If we ask God for forgiveness and do so in all sincerity and faith, He will forgive us. This is made possible because of our Savior Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
