Hi I'm Joyce

I grew up in Provo, I am a Mormon. I am happy to be a wife, mother, grandmother, and soon to be Mormon Missionary. .

About Me

My husband & I are retired, We love to work in our yard making things look beautiful. I have worked in the medical management field for over 25 years. I love and enjoy my husband, our 6 children, their spouses, and my 20 wonderful grandchildren.

Why I am a Mormon

As I grew up I was encouraged to read the Book of Mormon and to sincerely pray to Heavenly Father to know if it was true. I read and prayed with faith, with real intent and the Holy Ghost came into my mind and heart and let me know that it is true. As I am obedient to the commandments, I receive blessings from my Heavenly Father. I know the my Savior, Jesus Christ atoned for our sins, and if I repent and forsake my sins I will be forgiven, and the Lord remembers them no more. I also know that we will all be resurrected and if we repent, are baptized by those in authority, continue to be obedient and endure to the end, we can have eternal life and live with our Heavenly Father, His Son Jesus Christ and our family for ever.

How I live my faith

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have been a Spiritual Living Teacher in the Women's organization, a Teacher in the Young Women's program a teacher and Leader in children's organization, as well as working in the cub scout program. I am a visiting teacher and watch over specific ladies in our ward that are in need.

How can faith in Jesus Christ influence us in our marriages and family relationships? in our friendships?

Joyce
The gospel of Jesus Christ tell us how to love one another as Jesus loves us. How to be respectful and look for the good in others and not look for others failings. I feel that love and respect is a necessary quality in families and friendships. Show more Show less
