Hi I'm David Bennett

I grew up in Utah and Arizona. I've recently turned in my mission papers and i'm soon to be an Elder!

About Me

I grew up in Alpine, Utah where I lived somewhat of a normal life of any boy. I moved to Arizona around 12 where I learned a lot and grew up a lot! I played football for most of my life and remains a burning passion within me. I also absolutely love anything with an engine in it. I ride dirt bikes, I love to boat, and do things outdoors. I turned in my mission papers and I was called to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin mission. Im stoked to go and serve my Savior. I love just having fun in life. Im a loud, fun, goofy kid who loves bring out the inner kid in everyone. I want to be an engineer of some sort one day, I figure that because I love working with anything mechanical. I love my family, friends, and I hope to be the best person I can!

Why I am a Mormon

This is what makes me the happiest in my life. Living the Gospel of Jesus Christ has brought me happiness that nothing else can. I know the Book of Mormon to be true and that this is Jesus Christ church once again restored to the earth. Living the teaching contained in the scriptures has brought happiness and joy to my life and changed me. It continues to change me and help me become more like me Savior. I know God is out there and the He loves us. He wants us to return to Him and lives with Him, Jesus Christ, and our families in happiness forever. I live this Gospel and I do all that i do because i know its true.

How I live my faith

For me living my faith is an everyday thing. This gospel is about perfecting ourselves and bringing about our eternal salvation. So the most important thing that I can do is continually strive to be like my Savior. I do that by going to church every Sunday, where I take the sacrament and renew my covenants with God. Its like hitting a restart button and by so doing I commit myself to being a better person that next week. Upon this I do my best to uphold any callings which I have. In the end, simply, I do my best to be like my Savior Jesus Christ.
