Hi I'm Lhove

I love reading, cooking, and the arts. They say I have a great sense of humor! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the second oldest of five children in the family. I'm the older sister to my only sister. I've been living in the beautiful island of the Philippines ever since. I went to college in the city where I live and graduated with a degree in education. I'm a teacher. I love teaching and at the same time learning. I'd be finished serving my mission by November next year. I'm pretty much excited to serve my fellow Filipinos. I'll enhance my teaching skills and acquire additional skills after my mission. I'm looking forward to pursue my education in a graduate school. I also love to travel and my first goal is around my native land. I'm looking forward to be married in the temple someday and establish my own family ^^

Why I am a Mormon

There are many things that I'm thankful for in my life. However, my gratitude of being a member of the church is beyond words. I've been converted when my mom accepted the gospel when I was young. Since then, I've seen how the hand of God touched our lives in a daily basis. Despite the struggles we experienced, miracles never ceased to happen. I've always felt my Heavenly Father and my Savior's love for me and my family. I know they're just always there for us. We just need to pray to Him and I know He answers prayers. I know for a surety that this is the only true church of Jesus Christ with the fullness of His teachings restored in the latter-days. I know that if I'll just press forward and endure to the end, I'll receive the greatest gift promised by Him - eternal life and eternal happiness.

How I live my faith

Living my faith has not always been so easy as other people around me are not of the same faith. But as I continue to live by the teachings I've learned in church, I manage to withstand the challenges that come to my life. I've become a better person to my family, co-workers, students, and others. Living my faith is becoming patient amid a difficult circumstance. Indeed, patience has really become a virtue for me. Service is also a great part of the faith I'm living. I've served with the church as one of the leaders and teachers among women. I love serving with others. By doing so, I know that my Savior would be happy on how I live my faith.
