Hi I'm Tad Baltzer

I live in Huntington Beach, CA. I love life and my family. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

My name is Tad. I am married with four children. I grew up in a super small town and feel grateful for the values I learned from living there. I have a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and I work in real estate selling high-end luxury properties in coastal Orange County, California. I really enjoy what I do. I have been able to meet and interact with some of the worlds most successful business men and women as well as professional athletes and celebrities. I feel so blessed to live an active coastal lifestyle. I love the ocean and surf at least 3-4 times a week. I have been blessed to surf in Costa Rica, Hawaii, Baja California, Tahiti, and up and down the coast of California. My favorite food is seafood. I especially love the Manhattan Clam Chowder from the Crab Shack.

Why I am a Mormon

Besides my beautiful family, the greatest blessing in my life is being a member of the Savior Jesus Christ's church here upon the earth, even the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I honestly don't know where I would be in my life if I didn't have the influence of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the guidance of his church. I know that God our Eternal Father in Heaven lives! It is so comforting for me to know that I am one of his sons and that he loves me and knows me. I testify that he is actively in the details of each of our lives!! He loves us so much that he was willing to send his only begotten Son, our Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ to show us the way in which to live and to ultimately suffer for our sins in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the cruel cross at Calvary making it possible to return back to his presence one day. I know the Savior lives and I look forward to the day when I will be able to humbly bow before him and bathe his feet with my tears in utmost gratitude and reverence for the things he has done for me and all of us. I am also grateful for the companionship and influence of the Holy Ghost, he who comforts us in our trials and he who reveals truth to our hearts. I also know that the Church of Jesus Christ was restored in its fullness in these the latter days through the Prophet Joseph Smith and I am grateful for the courage he had to endure the trials and hardships because of his chosen calling.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as the Bishop of my ward. It is so humbling and a privilege for me to serve in this capacity! I am able to see firsthand the unconditional love that our Father in Heaven has for us his children and the ways in which he blesses and sustains each and everyone of us in our personal lives. I count it one of my greatest blessings to interact with the saints and witness their love for one another and those that they are called upon to serve.
