Hi I'm Taya

I grew up in Utah with four brothers. I'm serving a mission in Seoul, Korea. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently preparing to serve a mission in Seoul, Korea. I have four brothers, two older and two younger, making me not only the only girl but the middle child. When I get back from my mission I plan on going to school in Culinary Arts and in Business.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I know without a doubt that this is the true church. I've been in this gospel my whole life and everything that I have ever been taught has rung true in my heart. I've read the Book of Mormon and felt Holy Ghost telling me that it's true. I've felt the Holy Ghost many other times in my life, testifying that what I'm hearing is true. I know that this is the true church. I have felt it with every fiber of my being.

How I live my faith

I have participated quite a bit over the years in my ward. I've been the President, 1st and 2nd counselor of the girls I've been going to church with. I'm now on two different activities committees, one for my ward and for the stake that's over my ward and all the other wards in our general area. I'm also a stake representative for my stake, basically it's my job to go to the wards with incoming seniors and testify of our stake. It's a wonderful calling that I am so blessed to have. Finally the last thing I'm doing to live my faith is by serving a mission in Seoul, Korea.
