Hi I'm Kyle

I love being active, having fun, and being social. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town. Currently I'm serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Korea Seoul South Mission. My main hobbies consist of soccer, volleyball, fishing, and slack lining.

Why I am a Mormon

I don't have a defining moment where I've been converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They have been small and extremely significant moments that have accrued to make me realize why I am a Mormon. Each day I see God's hand in my life and that gives me reason to continue to believe. I know the events and challenges in my life happen for specific reasons. At times I feel like my struggles tear me down, but when I look at the big picture, I'm being strengthened through them. I don't believe in coincidences; all things happen for a reason. I know I can find peace and comfort in my life when I choose to do righteous actions and keep the commandments. Those feelings can be capitalized when I think less of myself and more about others. This knowledge has come little by little, experience by experience. When learning about this Gospel, I often times have a thought of, "It just makes sense," and that gives me a surety of its truthfulness.

How I live my faith

I serve others in my community by doing varying acts of service like raking leaves, shoveling snow, and talking to the people in my neighborhood to let them know they have a friend. I love serving others most by giving them my time and care.
