Hi I'm Michael

I grew up in Utah Valley. I am a college graduate. I'm a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated in Business with an emphasis in Marketing in April 2013. I currently work at an internet marketing firm doing product development, management, and training for our enterprise level clients. In my free time I love to play/write/listen to music. I play the saxophone, the guitar, the piano, and love to sing.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up as a member of this church. As I grew older I experienced personal difficulties that led to a time of inactivity in the church. During this period I felt something missing from my life, which led me to prayer and scripture. Through scripture study, prayer, and support from amazing friends I came to truly know for myself the truth of the messages in the Book of Mormon. I know that this is the true and everlasting church of Jesus Christ. I believe that he died for our sins, and that through his sacrifice I am able to repent and become like our Father in Heaven. This belief truly completes my life, and allows me to feel whole and understand who I truly am. I know that we have true and living prophets on the earth today, and that they speak through revelation from Jesus Christ and our Father in heaven. I am grateful every day for this modern day revelation to help us understand this life we live. I love the gospel, the scriptures, and our brother and savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I am a member of the Sunday School Presidency for my single's ward. The other members of the presidency and I are in charge of organizing the teachers for the various classes taught each week, as well as teaching lessons ourselves. I also serve as a home teacher for several members of the ward. This calling gives me the opportunity to reach out to these individuals through the month and provide additional support and aid whenever needed.
