Hi I'm Carolina

I grew up in the middle of nowhere in Idaho. I'm learning to play the ukelele. I want to be a pilot when I grow up. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was blessed to be in a family with 4 brothers and 1 little sister. I love music. I may not be the best but I love to sing, play the piano, the guitar, and the ukulele. My hobbies include going on hikes, camping, reading, playing volleyball and crafting. I am a student at BYU-Idaho studying Architecture. My family is from Queretaro, Mexico but I was born and raised in Idaho and as of right now we live in the beautiful state Washington. I have recently been called to serve a mission in Ventura, California on June 11 of this year.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be. My parents were baptized into the church when I was a little girl so I grew up learning about the gospel and going to church regularly. I've always felt in my heart that what I was being taught felt right but it wasn't until I was in my late teens that I knew for myself, through prayer, that this is the true church. I am truly happy when I live the teachings of Christ and follow his commandments. I know that I have a purpose here on this earth and that God has a perfect and wonderful plan for me. I am grateful for the trials that come in my life so that I can learn from them and become a better person, and in the end, more like Christ.

How I live my faith

I participate in church activities and help plan and decorate for special events. I teach six year olds as a Sunday School teacher and I also I lead the music when the congregation meets.
