Hi I'm Brian

I grew up in Utah. I love mountain biking and being outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a senior in high school approaching graduation. Post graduation I am going to be a full-time missionary in England. Growing up I have enjoyed leadership conferences like the Hugh O'Brian Youth leadership conference, and a few others pertaining to Boy Scouts of America in which I am an Eagle Scout. My favorite hobbies are mountain biking, fishing, being outdoors in general, and sports such as swimming and football.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I feel good when I choose to follow the guidelines the church has set. The Book of Mormon teaches these guidelines and commandments so simply and directly that as I have experimented on the words written in the scriptures I have felt the power and love of Jesus Christ through the still small voice of the Holy ghost which testifies of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. As I continue my study and have faith, I am blessed continuously as promised in the scriptures. I know this church to be the true and living church on earth today led by a living prophet just as the church was led when Christ was on the earth. I know it, I live it, and I love it.

How I live my faith

I am involved with the youth of the church by helping lead other young men in the 16-18 year old range. We plan fun activities like making food, doing service, or camping. Each Sunday we meet as part of our religious service and teach and share experiences with each other from our scripture studying that week or other miscellaneous events. These activities have blessed me with good strong relationships with other young men my age.

What is being a Mormon like?

Being a Mormon is centered on family. As a Mormon I am always trying to find ways to be a better person and live a more Christ-like life. Show more Show less
