Hi I'm Jaron

I am a Mormon. A missionary In Tokyo, and A child of God.

About Me

I am Jaron Turley and am currently a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am serving in The Japan, Tokyo Mission. I have two awesome little brothers, and two very loving parents. I have spent my whole life in Arizona, and mainly in the city of Mesa. I have four tortoises and sixteen chickens. I played volleyball in high school and love to play sand volleyball for fun. I love the Phoenix Suns and could tell you everything about them! I love everything Disney related! I love all types of books, especially business and economic related! I have had surgery on both my knees and love being me!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the way I feel in Church. I am a Mormon because I love the Book of Mormon. Mainly, I am a Mormon because I have felt the power of the Atonement of Christ. There is no greater feeling than knowing that I have a Savior who is so loving, merciful, and forgiving, who loves me enough to make the greatest Atoning Sacrifice. Not only have I felt the atoning part of the Atonement, I have felt the enabling part of the Atonement. The blessing and opportunity that I have to use the Atonement to help me become more humble, loving, patient, and kind. This is the greatest gift that I could ever ask for, and I have the opportunity to have it bless my life. Serving a mission has given me the opportunity to learn to love others. Love is the gospel of Jesus Christ. Love is everything the Savior is. There would be no Atonement without the character and love of Christ. I have the opportunity to try to be like him every single day, and that is why I am Mormon!

How I live my faith

As a missionary, I devote my time living the purpose of a missionary. To invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through Faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. I spend every day striving to put people in opportunities to feel the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost is the teacher and testifies to everyone, member or not, that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. All I can do is be bold, show my love and do everything I can to invite and help others come closer to our Savior.
