Hi I'm Megan Olsen

I grew up in Idaho. I play the violin and I was a high school cheerleader. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, reading, spending time with my family, and skiing. I am in my freshman year of college. I am interested in a career in health professions.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know this is the true church. The knowledge I have of this gospel helps through the hard times in my life. When things get rough I remember the bigger picture. Our life on earth is just a small moment where we learn and grow and in order to learn and grow we are given trials. Even though trials make life difficult I know they are given to me so I can become better. I know Jesus Christ is my Savior. He atoned for my sins as well as everyone elses. He, the only perfect person, endured much ridicule, bled from every pour, was whipped, nailed to the cross, and much more. He paid the price for all if our sins so we can repent and return to Him and our Heavenly Father. I am so thankful for him. I know Joseph Smith was called of God to restore this gospel to the earth. I know my Heavenly Father knows me personally. He knows everything I am going through. He is always there for me and is in the details of my life. I am so thankful I am a part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I have participated in the youth program where we planned and carried out many service projects as well as other spiritually enriching activities.
