Hi I'm Kailani

I'm a Registered Nurse. I volunteered in Ecuadorian orphanages. I love to climb mountains, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am twenty years old and just completed my nursing degree. I am now serving as a mormon missionary in Peru. I have the opportunity to teach about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to use my nursing skills to keep other missionaries healthy. I grew up with five older brothers so I learned to love being outside at a young age. I love hiking, snowboarding, running, rock climbing, and boating. I also enjoy creating music by playing the piano, violin, and ukelele. I am happy to be who I am and absolutely enjoy just living life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because my knowledge that God lives is the only thing I am absolutely sure of in my life. I am in a time where my life is changing constantly, and where I am making very big decisions. Although that is sometimes scary I know that with God's help I will be able to make the right decisions. I know God lives, I know he is aware of me, and I know that living this gospel is the only thing that truly makes me happy.

How I live my faith

I chose to live my faith by leaving my family, friends, and schooling for 18 months in order to share my knowledge of Jesus Christ with the people of Peru. I am dedicated to sharing the knowledge that I am certain that God lives, that he loves each of us, and that he wants us to return home to him again. I want to help others to find the joy I have discovered by living my faith.
