Hi I'm Leonie

I have long brown hair, freckles, two legs an a nose. Oh, and can you tell? I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a first year student studying Pedagogical Sciences. I recognize the importance of the family in society today. My dream is to support and heal broken families so that every family member can achieve it's own promising and great potential. I have a creative personality and love painting, drawing, crafting, and photography. I also love to sing and, man I love to dance! (Though I think my dance moves are more appreciated by my mirror than by society...) One of the things that make my life so enjoyable is that I've learned to cherish all the little things around me, and that, seriously, everything is gonna be OK. ^^ I find much comfort in this knowledge and my friends help me remember. I'm a little girl with big dreams, but I know with all my heart and soul, with God everything is possible.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon and living as a Mormon, is a desire and a need to me. I know it's the best for me. At some times, it may seem a barrier, it may ask some sacrifices, but I can't deny the fact all of this has blessed me more than I could ever comprehend in my whole life. Being a Mormon brings me happiness beyond words.

How I live my faith

I grew up with the gospel. I was baptized on my 8th birthday. Although it was more "a common thing" at the time, in my early teenage years I recognized I really needed the gospel in my life in order to be happy. So from that time on, I've been living as a member as my own choice. Every Sunday I go to church, everyday I pray with my Heavenly Father, everyday I (try to) read the scriptures; I'm doing the best I can to become more like the person God wants me to be.
