Hi I'm Elizabeth

I am a Mormon. I love the church, and I know it is true.

About Me

My talent is singing, and I love to read. I am taking a class of New testament.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in a LDS family, and I have been taught the gospel my whole life.

How I live my faith

I would like to share a few experiences I had with the Spirit. The first experience was when I was eight years old. It was the day my father baptized me. I felt warm and happy, knowing I became a member of the church. I felt the Spirit that time with that warm feeling. The second time was when I received my patriarchal blessing. It was worth it to receive it after fasting. While I receive it, I felt the Spirit with that warm and happy feeling. I felt it again after I got the paper of the blessing, reading it. I felt it, knowing they will come to pass, if I follow the commandments. The third experience I had was when I was teaching a lesson at Family Home Evening. It was about charity. Thanks to my mother and Aunt Jennifer, it was a good lesson. Before the lesson ended, I felt the Spirit, knowing what I taught about charity is true. It is the pure love of Christ and we all have it. The Spirit gives you feelings in different ways. It can be when you feel good and warm, knowing you did the right thing. It can be a thought in your head, or a small voice, whispering to you if you need to make a choice. I know that Jesus Christ is the true Savior of the world. He loves us and cares for us. He sends us the Spirit to guide us, or knowing we did the right thing. I know that if we keep the commandments, read the scriptures, which are true, listen closely, the Spirit will always be with us And I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
