Hi I'm Angela Lindstrom

I was born in Kazakhstan and was adopted at age 6 by a family that is strong in the LDS faith. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated high school with my high school diploma and Associate degree from UVU. I like to sing and play the piano. I enjoy skiing and riding snowmobiles in the winter. My hobbies include swimming and swinging in a hammock on a nice hot summer day. I am both sassy and sarcastic, but I am also kind and considerate. My favorite foods are oreos, nutella, and icecream.

Why I am a Mormon

What being a Mormon to me means is that I can give back to what has been given to me. I can live life fully knowing that if I make a mistake, I can repent and ask for forgiveness and be put back on the right path again through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon because it makes me happy. I can be with my family for all eternity; I can make mistakes along my journey back to heaven; I can turn to my Father in Heaven and ask for help and guidance with any problem whether it be big or small. I can return to my Heavenly Father through my dedication to keeping the commandments and living my life as he would want me to. I have a testimony that I know if we choose to do what is right, that we may return and live with our Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I have had a few leadership positions in my ward. I have been a president of the 14 16 year old young women of my ward. I have been a ward missionary of my singles ward where I had the opportunity to meet the members of our ward that we haven't seen in a while. I like to attend institute and my church meetings to learn more about the gospel.

What are Mormon women like? Do Mormons believe in equality of men and women?

Angela Lindstrom
Mormon women play a major role in the LDS church. We have a program in our church where all the women gather together for an hour each Sunday. We created this specific program to let every woman out there know that we are here to help each other, that you don't have to face your problems alone. Women tend to become stay at home moms which is very important because families are very important to us. They stay at home to tend, care, and educate the children. We all have important roles in the gospel. Show more Show less
