Hi I'm Sarah

I am a devoted wife, a brand-new mommy and a nurse. I love travel, floral arranging and fishing.

About Me

I am an Urgent Care nurse and love going on medical humanitarian missions. I have been able to travel to Peru and Guatemala to help provide medical care to the less-fortunate. These experiences have helped shape my life and have given me great perspective and gratitude. I have a passion for wedding design and run a small wedding floral design business. I dream of traveling to Africa someday, and would LOVE to see my favorite animal, the elephant and swim with Great White sharks. I love fishing with my family and can be found doing some DIY or Pinterest project in my spare time. I love my family and Savior Jesus Christ and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon, or a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, has brought a deeply personal and sacred love for Deity to my life. I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ and His gospel. I know who I truly am. I know my purpose and calling on this earth, and I know what will happen when I, and those I love pass away. As a woman in this world, it can be hard to find true, real value and worth outside of magazines, TV and the media in general. As a mother, I find it a daunting task to find wholesome, uplifting and meaningful things in this world for my children to be a part of. Values like honesty, charity and hard work seem to be disappearing in our culture and they are ones I want to teach my children to love, just as I have been taught. The LDS church centers around the family and these important values. As a member, I have found great happiness in family life, true purpose in motherhood and womanhood and a joy I can't even being to describe.

How I live my faith

As an active member of the LDS church, I get to visit and serve other women on a monthly basis. I have the opportunity to help teach ten 10-year-old boys, and one sweet 10-year-old girl the gospel of Jesus Christ each Sunday. I love seeing their faith and love for their Savior grow, and really lean a lot from them and their eagerness to learn and be obedient. I love the Book of Mormon and read from it's pages with my husband every night. We attend the temple together at least once a month and have found that these simple things help keep our marriage and family strong and happy.
