Hi I'm Lovi

I am a proud filipina. I love being a mormon!

About Me

A woman who believes the power of virtue and who always dreamed to be reunited again with her Heavenly Father and Savior. Born and raised in the Pearl of the Orient. Youngest of 4 siblings. I am a kind of person who loves adventure and explore new things! I do always have interests to things pertaining to music, arts, food, astronomy and literature and all other good stuffs! I am a kitchen person. :) After I graduated college I was given the opportunity to work in the church office for almost two years. Having Jesus Christ as my employer is just one the wonderful blessings I ever had. I believe that preaching the gospel and saving souls is the thing of most worth. Being a missionary has been carved in my heart and I know the joy would be beyond compare that's why I decided to stop my work with the reason to serve. And now I am working as a full time online English Tutor. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I came into this world on year 1992. My family has been an investigator in Church for 17 years, from 1973 and finally entered into the waters of baptism on year 1990. Though I was born and raised as a Mormon, when I came into an age I took the chance to challenge my self and make an experiment. True it is, obedience with exactness when paired with hard work brings you to success. After much prayer, faith and perseverance of obeying Lord's commandments I finally gained my own testimony, have my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ strengthened and finally I became truly converted. Making good and better choices helps me increase my power to make more right and better decisions. Living in accordance with the true gospel of Christ is not that easy, but it made me live life with greater sense and purpose. Having Heavenly Father's love, my life is of great worth. His love never fails me. That's why I am a Mormon. That's the way I should be and I am happy.

How I live my faith

One of the covenants I had made when I was baptized is to always remember Jesus Christ. President Spencer W. Kimball once said that the word "Remember" would be the most important word we could ever look for in the dictionary. "Because we all have made covenants, we know what to do and we know how to do it. And our greatest need is to remember." Honoring and keeping my covenants I had made with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ helped me live my faith. Remembering would be a helpful thing for us to do what is right and good for our lives. And it is a good tool for us to become a little better everyday.

What is being a Mormon like?

Lovi
The Lord has said that the manner of men we had ought to be is like even as He is. We don't just live by correct principles. As Mormon people, we live the way the Savior does. Show more Show less
