Hi I'm Heather

I am from Alabama. I am a proud mother of 2 and love my husband. I am a convert. I AM A MORMON AND A CHILD OF GOD!! :)

About Me

I played soccer my whole life, my dad(grandfather) was our coach for a long time. I have one brother and three sisters. I also played clarinet in the marching band for 5 years.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the home of my grandparents .We were blessed to have such kind hearted grandparents or we might have been split up as babies. Our real parents got into drinking and drugs and were just to young when they got married. In junior high school I got into peer pressure and did some things that could have cost me my life but I know now that God was watching over me. It took me all the way to my senior year to get my wake up call. I found out I was pregnant and had to change my ways. My beautiful baby girl was born two days after I recieved my high school diploma! Now I am happily married with a handsome little boy. I still didnt feel whole and I knew something was missing. One day some Elders from the LDS church came to my door looking for my husbands uncle and just like that I was introduced to a new joy. I grew up going to a church of God so I knew Christ as my savior but that day renewed my love for Christ and brought me and my children back to the Lord. He told me to ask God for the truth, that if I didnt feel good about this change to my faith then I would never be forced to change. It is a personal choice to believe and have faith in this new found scripture. I did what was suggested and I prayed as I read the book of Mormon....I found it hard to believe some things but after more reading and alot of praying I have come to trust and believe that these things are true and of the Lord. We all will have unanswered questions but we will have our answers when we meet our Lord and Savior. All these things I say in Jesus Name. Amen

How I live my faith

I go to church on Sundays and participate in the gospel principles and relief society classes. I have not been assigned a role in the church yet but maybe soon.
