Hi I'm Meghan

I'm a nurse. I'm a wife. I'm a mom. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I spend most of my time chasing my two-year-old son around. AND I LOVE IT! I believe motherhood to be one of the most special responsibilities on Earth. I lost my mother when I was 19, but she continues to be the greatest influence in my life. Because of her example, I hope and pray that I can be even half the mom that she was. I work part time as a Registered Nurse, and I really enjoy the interaction I have with my patients. I am grateful for my education and job. One of my biggest blessings is my husband. I love that guy! :)

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into and grew up within the church. My father fell away when I was still young, but my mother continued to teach her children the gospel. Oh how I am indebted to her for that. Because I was born into the mormon culture, I cannot pinpoint one exact moment of personal conversion. BUT, I can say that I have received personal revelation through the Holy Ghost multiple times throughout my life. I cannot doubt this gospel. I know it is true. My family has been blessed beyond measure, and I can only attribute those blessings to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon, because it brings me JOY.

How I live my faith

I live my faith each and every day. I strive to become more Christlike each day in the way that I act and think. By studying the scriptures and being prayerful, I draw closer to the Savior and His teachings. I have the special opportunity to serve in my church ward with the young women. We get to learn together, serve together, and grow together. The youth of the church are beyond amazing and so solid in the gospel. They give me strength and hope for my own children. I live my faith by attending the temple regularly. This provides those who have passed on to enjoy and receive the same blessings I have been able to be a part of.
