Hi I'm Jessica

I have six wonderful brothers. I love the outdoors, I love to cook, and I love to dance. I'm a Mormon. :)

About Me

I am 19 years old. I love to yodel, sing, play the piano and the violin, and dance! My dream is to dance internationally with Brigham Young University's International Folk dance Team. I love spending time with my wonderful family (I have six brothers!). My older brother is currently on a mission for the LDS church in California. I love spending time in the outdoors: hiking, going on bike rides, and learning about different edible wild plants.

Why I am a Mormon

I love the gospel so much! Especially the principle of eternal families. Under our Heavenly Father's Plan, a husband and wife do not have to sorrow about being separated at death. Through the ordinances of the temple, a husband and wife and their children can be sealed to each other for time an all eternity. How wonderful it is to look forward to an eternity of love, learning, and joyful times with my family! That is why I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ so much. Through Christ's Atonement, I do not have to focus on my fears and doubts; instead, I can be satisfied with just doing the best I can and rely on the Savior. Through Christ, I can enjoy a lifetime filled with learning, love, and ever increasing joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction.

How I live my faith

I love having the opportunity to oversee the visiting teaching program in my church ward. It is wonderful to share spiritual insights and serve the sisters I am assigned to visit teach. All of the sisters in my ward are so special and each has their own wonderfully unique personality. Through visiting teaching, we are able to inspire one another, care for one another, and help each other to be happy and remember the Savior.
