Hi I'm Sarah

I am from a small town in Colorado. My graduating class size was 11. I am serving in the California Fresno mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am going to college for my bachelors in Health Science. I am 19 years old and am serving a mission in the California Fresno mission! I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, horseback ridding, you name it I do it (with a few exceptions)! I enjoy going on adventures with my friends and family and just seeing new places that are beautiful...or not so much. Smiling and laughing are two of my favorite things ever!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because there is no place where I have felt so welcome all the time. I love this gospel because it is true, I can feel it when I pray and read my scriptures. I can see how the gospel has affected the lives around me, changing people to be and do things I would of never of thought to see done. I have chosen to be a member of this church because I want to be with my family forever and enjoy my life after this. I know that today we have a Prophet that is led by the Lord, He loves us and wants us all to be happy and to return to Him. I love the Book of Mormon and the Bible, when I have questions the scriptures always seem to have the answers. This gospel is true, and unchanging. It is real.

How I live my faith

I am a soon to be missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-Day Saints. I love this gospel and am truly blessed everyday by the service of those around me. I strive to be as open armed and loving to those around me! I have had some pretty great examples in my life that I have truly enjoyed learning form them. Through times of struggles was able to learn on priesthood holders like my branch President, my parents, and just good people in the branch that where like second parents or grandparents to me. One friend that has ALWAYS been there for me is Jesus Christ, he is the only one that truly understood me thought my hard times and was able to give me guidance or comfort depending on the situation. While in college this past semester I served as the "Family Home Evening Assistant" during this time my partner and I were to plan activities and lessons for each Monday so that our group of brothers and sisters could learn to trust, make friendships, and build apartment unity. We Had all sorts of crazy fun! We played card games, went to the park together, had BBQ s, had water fights but most of all we loved and served one another.
