Hi I'm Courtney Fuhriman

I am a college student who loves to laugh and have fun! I am a triplet, a friend to everyone, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am the youngest of six and have lived in Bellevue, Washington my whole life. I am a current student at Brigham Young University-Idaho majoring in the Architecture/Construction Management program. I have been drawing my whole life! I have done ballet, gymnastics, plays, played the viola, did color guard, and am currently clogging, and have been for 7 years now! I love getting to know new people! And I love being there for others when they need it. I graduated from high school in June 2013, and am loving the college life! And I am really looking forward to becoming an aunt soon!

Why I am a Mormon

The church goes way back in my family, so I was born with the gospel in my life. And it has blessed me in so many ways! The gospel has helped me realize that I am worth something and Heavenly Father has a plan for me. He has given my family and me trials that have helped me grow and become a stronger person. Attending BYU-Idaho and being on my own away from home has also helped me discover who I really am, a daughter of God, and I was sent here at this time for a reason. The experiences I have to this very day help grow my testimony that the church really is true, and he loves each and every one of us so much and he wants us to return to live with him again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being who the Lord wants me to be. I live up to my standards and don’t let others get to me when they tell me my standards are “too high”, as long as I know the Lord is happy with the choices I make, and I am shining the light of Christ, then I am happy as well no matter what anyone says. I have been encouraged to use bad language, watch rated R movies, and have just a little sip of alcohol. Each of those times, I know my faith was being tested, and I knew what the right choice was. I don’t swear, I dress modestly, I don't have any tattoos, and I don’t do drugs, nor with I ever. I keep my body clean as if it were a temple.
